Matt began his career as a therapist in 1992, working within the NHS in East London. Since then, he has practised across a range of settings, including the NHS, third-sector organisations, and educational institutions.

He has been delivering teaching and training for a variety of professional organisations since 1995.

His clinical training encompasses psychodynamic, Jungian, and Gestalt approaches. He holds qualifications in talking therapies including counselling, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision. In addition, he holds an MA in Art Psychotherapy and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Matt maintains a well-established private practice, providing long-term psychotherapy to individuals presenting with a broad range of concerns. He also offers clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.
